Township Hall Rental
Grafton Township Hall is an air conditioned facility that is available for rent for all occasions/parties (Birthdays, Weddings, Graduations, Retirement, etc.). The Hall is located at 17109 State Route 83, Grafton, Ohio.
The Township Hall has a Kitchen with two Refrigerators, Sink, Microwave, two Ovens (for warming purposes only, no cooking or baking in ovens), and a Serving Counter. The Hall is also equipped with a wheelchair accessible restroom.
The Hall is reserved on a first come first serve basis. In order to have the hall reserved the amount of the rental and security deposit must be received in full. Once you rent the hall it is rented for the entire day, and it will not be doubled booked. Hall must be cleaned up and vacated by midnight, the day of the rental. There is no subleasing permitted, renter and applicant’s address must be one in the same.
The following fees were established by the Township Trustees:
- Under 50 people/no alcohol $75.00
- Under 50 people/with alcohol $100.00
- Over 50 people/no alcohol $150.00
- Over 50 people/with alcohol $275.00
- Under 50 people/no alcohol $150.00
- Under 50 people/with alcohol $200.00
- Over 50 people/no alcohol $250.00
- Over 50 people/with alcohol $400.00
There are two forms that need to be filled out to rent the hall, the first one is the hall contract, Hall Contract and the second form is the waiver, Waiver. Please call Bob Richards at 440-926-2354 for reservations or questions.
